जा = place
जल्वा-ए-माशूक़ = vision of the beloved
शौक़-ए-दीदार = pleasure of seeing
नज़र = vision
simple translation : There is no place where you cannot see the beloved, if you wish to have pleasure of seeing him/her, develop your vision.
In other words; when you have developed your vision to see, you can visualise your beloved everywhere. Again a beautiful ‘Sufi’ poetry, where you can see your beloved/ God everywhere if you know how to see.
