तुख़्म = seed

सर्व-ए-चराग़ाँ = graceful display of lamps, चराग़ों से जगमगाता हुआ पेड़

if time permits, (if Time will give me freedom) I will show (them this) amusement

My each heart sore is a seed of a tree, illuminated with lamps.
