ગાન-ગંગા – નેહલ

શોધું એક સાર્થ શબ્દ
સબળ, અડિખમ ઊભેલો
પણ મારા શબ્દો તો
થાકેલા, હારેલા, કંટાળેલા
ખૂણામાં ટૂંટીયું વાળીને પડેલા
કાખઘોડીને સહારે
ઉઠવા મથતા
ધાયલ, પાટાપીંડીમાં
પીડાથી કરાંજતા!
શોધું એક અટૂલો
સબળ શબ્દ,
એક ભાગિરથ શબ્દ
ખેંચી લાવે કાવ્ય-ગંગા
નાદ-આકાશ થી.
શોધું એક શિવ શબ્દ
ઝીલી લે
પોતાની સર્વવ્યાપી જટાઓમાં
શબ્દ-ગંગા
નાદ-ગંગા
અને
મુક્ત કરે એને
સહુને માટે
સરળ વહેતી
ખળખળ વહેતી
જીવનદાત્રી
ગાન-ગંગા.

  2. Beautiful expression. Enjoyed reading it again and again. So much in life remains unshared, unspoken and unexpressed for the want of right words, only to get burnt or buried with us. Alas, no one will ever know those feelings, however close we may think he or she is to us. At the end, we are lonely because we keep groping for the right words.. right expressions.
